StarSkate

STARSKATE offers opportunities for skaters of all ages to develop fundamental figure skating skills in the areas of ice dance, skating skills, free skate and artistic skating. Unique in Canada, this program teaches figure skating skills in a group and/or private lesson format in a progressive and sequential manner.

Skaters have the opportunity to take part in Skate Canada assessments through a nationally standardized assessments system and/or competitions.

Why Sign up for StarSkate?

Skaters will work individually or in a small group with a coach of their choosing. With this coach, they can develop skills, goals and training pathways. When choosing a coach, please visit the coach's page and browse the club's coaches. Each coach may be contacted individually by using their email.

What do you need to participate?

All you need are skates, a CSA-approved hockey helmet, long pants, mittens, warm sweater or jacket. Dress in layers - it will get warm!
